At Hisbenew Industries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our knives and stand behind every product we manufacture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process any return request.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged products not due to manufacturing defects
- Customized or special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team with photos and order details.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
